Synopsis
Heo Mun-oh is a respected university professor of Korean literature who once dreamed of becoming a successful novelist. After receiving harsh criticism early in his writing career he abandoned his ambitions and settled into a routine life as a teacher. Although admired for his knowledge he has become bitter and frustrated by his own unfulfilled dreams.
Everything changes when he notices Lee Kang a quiet engineering student who always sits in the last row of his literature class. Hidden beneath Lee Kangs calm personality is an exceptional gift for storytelling. Fascinated by the student’s talent, Mun-oh offers him private writing lessons, believing he has discovered a literary genius.
