Synopsis
Goo Se-ra is a jobless woman known in her neighborhood for always filing complaints and standing up for others. One day, she finds out that even ordinary citizens can run for local office. So, she joins the election and surprisingly wins!
At the district office, she meets Seo Gong-myung, a strict civil servant who doesn’t like troublemakers. But as they work together, they slowly start to understand and support each other.
