DramaVerse is committed to complying with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). It is our policy to respond to any copyright infringement notices and take the appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on DramaVerse or that links to your copyrighted material appear on our site, and you would like this material removed, please send a written communication that includes the information listed below. Be aware that if you knowingly misrepresent that material on our site is infringing, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. We recommend consulting with an attorney before submitting a notice.
The following information must be included in your copyright infringement notice:
- Proof of authorization for the person submitting the notice to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work.
- Contact information, including your full name, address, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, including at least one search term under which the material appears on DramaVerse.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature of the authorized person acting on behalf of the copyright owner.
