Plot Summary
Crash Landing on You is a South Korean romantic-comedy drama series that tells the story of Yoon Se-ri, a South Korean heiress who, while paragliding, crash lands in North Korea and meets a North Korean officer named Ri Jeong-hyeok, who falls in love with her.
The story begins with Yoon Se-ri, a successful businesswoman and the daughter of a powerful family, who is paragliding when a strong wind blows her off course and into North Korean airspace. She is immediately captured by North Korean soldiers and taken to a secret military base where she meets Ri Jeong-hyeok, a North Korean officer who is tasked with investigating her case.
As Se-ri and Jeong-hyeok spend time together, they begin to develop feelings for each other despite their vastly different backgrounds and the dangerous circumstances they find themselves in. Jeong-hyeok is torn between his duty to his country and his growing love for Se-ri, while Se-ri must find a way to return to South Korea and her family…
